Doyle Land Services

We have performed the full scope of land services for the railroad industry in many of the major metropolitan areas of the United States in addition to rural segments throughout the country. Our services have supported the railroad's efforts on double tracking, siding, wyes, signal and electrical construction and maintenance projects. We typically perform or coordinate all land activities prior to construction on these projects. These services generally include performing a visual inspection of a site and a Phase 0 environmental survey, performance of all necessary record examination, coordinating the delivery of all necessary title commitments, coordination of Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental surveys, coordination of land surveys and the handling all landowner negotiations and real estate closings.
