We have been supplying Title and Abstracting services to numerous industries since the late 1970's. In some "busy" regions, we often already have a base abstract or access to one from other abstracting firms with whom we maintain working relationships. Whether we are supplementing a base abstract, or building complete abstracts from patent, our work is done efficiently and correctly by qualified abstractors.

*When something less than an abstract and title opinion is required, we perform record examinations and issue Limited Title Certificates (LTC). These are prepared based on the depth of title requested by our client. Our LTC's are in no way intended to be a statement of legal opinion but based solely on our experience as landmen or right of way agents.
